Cyprus is a small Island in the Mediterranean Sea, Cyprus is divided into 2 parts (the North + the South) The North of Cyprus is controlled by the Turkish Government and the South by the Greek Government. Ayia Napa, Protaras and Paralimni and on the South side of the Island.
When travelling to Ayia Napa, Cyprus visas are not required.
There are good hospitals and infrastructure in and around Ayia Napa, including good road, rail and public transport networks. Petrol in Cyprus is cheaper than in the United Kingdom. Making travelling by car around the island really accessible. As an added bonus Cypriots also drive in the left side of the road.
Cyprus is regarded as a very safe place, many of the inhabitants speak English making communication straight forward. There are also very few insects, dangerous animals or other natural elements to worry about.
